🏡 A small note about the location

• Location Fugelka is truly located right in the forest — so expect nature, fresh air, and a little bit of adventure. 🌲

• The building itself has its own special charm: it is an older place with a touch of retro socialist-era style, and not everything has been fully renovated yet. Some rooms may therefore be quite simple — but we like to think of it as a little journey into Slovak history. 😄

• So please come with this in mind: we are going there to have fun, celebrate, dance, eat, drink, and make memories — not for a luxury wellness retreat. 🕺💃 And honestly, that is exactly what will make it unforgettable.

🛣️ Driving in Slovakia — toll roads

• Slovakia has a motorway toll system. However, driving directly within Bratislava is free of charge, and our destination is not very far from the border.

• Since using paid motorways will probably not save you much time on this route, we recommend setting your navigation before entering Slovakia to avoid toll roads / paid roads.

• This way, you can save a little money for more important things — like cake, drinks, or emergency mosquito spray. 😄

🍷 Driving in Slovakia — zero alcohol tolerance

One more important note: Slovakia has zero tolerance for alcohol when driving. That means 0.0% alcohol — unlike in Austria or some other countries, even “just one small drink” can be a problem.

Police checks do happen regularly, and fines can be really high, so please keep this in mind.

🚗 Parking

• Good news — there should be plenty of parking spaces available.

🦟 Forest bonuses — ticks & mosquitoes

• Since we will be right by the forest, a tick or mosquito may decide to join the party too.

• We recommend:

  🔍 checking yourself and the children after the event
